Cancel Policy
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the experience.Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
- For the Large Group Plan (7 guests or more) , the cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the workshop date will incur a cancellation fee of 8,000 JPY.
